The Tradition
Salon is a small catering company with fifteen years of experience bringing people together over food and drink.
We began catering as Our Daily Brett, cooking for dinners, parties, and gatherings long before Salon had a name of its own. As that part of the business grew, Salon became a dedicated home for the work we had been doing all along.
We’re still a small team by design. The people planning your event are closely connected to the people cooking the food, choosing the wine, building the bar, and looking after your guests. It keeps things personal, flexible, and focused on the details.
From an intimate dinner at home to a room filled with hundreds of guests, we stay closely involved from the first conversation to the last glass.
